Kathrin Schultze

Kathrin has once been an au pair herself in the USA. After returning home from her year in the US, she first studied for her BA in Tourism and Business Administration in Dresden, with a summer's long internship in Spain. She then moved to the UK where she successfully completed a Master’s degree in Tourism and worked afterwards in the local tourism industry. After having stayed in the UK for almost 5 years, Kathrin returned back to Germany. Once in Berlin she started working for Ayusa. During her 10 years with Ayusa she worked in different departments such as the German au pair program and the England high school program before taking over the AuPairCare Germany program and developing it further. With her own background as a former au pair Kathrin is always happy to help potential candidates to fulfill their au pair dream and to match them successfully with suitable German host families.
